\nO antiespumante sem silicone DEF-1830 \u00e9 um antiespumante de poli\u00e9ter modificado, cont\u00e9m uma pequena quantidade de part\u00edculas de s\u00edlica hidrof\u00f3bicas e n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m subst\u00e2ncias de sil\u00edcio org\u00e2nico ou solventes org\u00e2nicos. Adequado para sistemas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o que s\u00e3o sens\u00edveis ao organossil\u00edcio, o antiespumante sem silicone DEF-1830 tem excelentes propriedades antiespumantes e compatibilidade com o sistema. Possui efeito antiespumante eficiente e compatibilidade com o sistema. \u00c9 adequado para alguns sistemas de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o sens\u00edveis e tem excelente capacidade antiespumante e inibidora de espuma sob alto cisalhamento. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 adequado para a grande maioria dos sistemas \u00e0 base de \u00e1gua e pode ser usado em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com antiespumantes de organossil\u00edcio para equilibrar a compatibilidade dos antiespumantes de organossil\u00edcio. O antiespumante sem silicone DEF-1830 \u00e9 adequado para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em pl\u00e1sticos, revestimentos, tintas, adesivos e papel, todos em conformidade com as normas de contato com alimentos da FDA.<\/p>\n

Processo de uso
\nAntes de usar, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio mexer bem. Ele pode ser adicionado durante a etapa de dispers\u00e3o e moagem ou na etapa de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o da tinta. A dispers\u00e3o adequada pode ajudar o antiespumante a ser totalmente disperso no sistema de revestimento para evitar defeitos na superf\u00edcie e n\u00e3o afetar o brilho. Para o sistema de pasta de cor, o antiespumante sem silicone DEF-1830 tem excelentes propriedades antiespumantes e n\u00e3o afeta as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es posteriores do produto. Dosagem sugerida: 0,1~1,0%. Para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de tintas e revestimentos, o antiespumante sem silicone DEF-1830 pode ser adicionado durante a etapa de moagem ou de mistura da tinta.<\/p>\n
