Suitable for application systems that are sensitive to organosilicon, DEF-1830 non silicone defoamer has excellent defoaming properties and system compatibility. It has efficient defoaming effect and system compatibility. It is suitable for some sensitive application systems, and has excellent defoaming and foam inhibiting ability under high shear. also it is suitable for the vast majority of water-based systems, it can also be used in combination with organosilicon defoamers to balance the compatibility of organosilicon defoamers. DEF-1830 non silicone defoamer is suitable for applications in plastics, coatings, inks, adhesives, and paper, all of which comply with FDA food contact regulations.

Usage process
Before use, it is necessary to stir thoroughly. It can be added during the dispersion and grinding stage or the paint making stage. Adequate dispersion can help the defoamer to be fully dispersed into the coating system to avoid surface defects and not affect the gloss. For the color paste system, DEF-1830 non silicone defoamer has excellent defoaming properties while not affecting downstream applications of the product. Suggested dosage: 0.1~1.0%. For coating and ink applications, DEF-1830 non silicone defoamer can be added during the grinding or paint mixing stage.
