DEF-1660 Organic Silicon Defoamer is refined from organic modified polysiloxane, various active additives, etc., and contains gas-phase silica. This product is highly dispersible in the system, resistant to high temperatures, requires minimal dosage, has fast defoaming and long-lasting foam suppression, and has a wide range of applications; This product does not contain any solvents, has high efficacy, and has good defoaming effect even at very low addition levels. It has no side effects, does not stick to rollers, and has the advantages of low odor and non floating; This product has excellent compatibility and will not affect film-forming properties or cause problems such as shrinkage or fisheye. Suitable for solvent based systems, it has a good effect on eliminating microbubbles in coatings and ink systems with high viscosity.

DEF-1660 Organic Silicon Defoamer can be applied to solvent based, solvent-free systems, and radiation curing systems. Suitable for two-component epoxy systems, self leveling epoxy flooring, oil-based polyurethane, UV curable coatings, as well as pigment systems and paint formulations. Can be applied to amine/amide cured epoxy floor coatings, solvent based and radiation cured screen printing inks, high viscosity inks, radiation cured varnishes, wood and furniture coatings, amine/amide cured epoxy baking paints, leather coatings, etc.

Usage process
Generally, the total amount is 0.05-0.5%, and some ink systems can add up to 3-5%. It is recommended to add it before grinding, and it can also be added at any stage of production. After addition, it must be stirred at high speed to achieve good dispersion.

keep in storage
This kind of defoamer agent should be stored in a dry and cool place, and should not be exposed to sunlight or near heat sources. If there is a fire, extinguish it using general petroleum product methods. This kind 0f defoaming agent will freeze below 0 ℃. If it freezes, it can be melted and used without affecting the effect. At this time, it needs to be stirred. At a temperature of 10-30 ℃, unopened packaging has a shelf life of one year from the date of production.
