DF-8838 powder defoamer

DF-8838 is a powder defoamer, it is made of special mineral oil, alcohol ester, silicon polyether etc, combined with a variety of active additives.

 

FEATURES:

Small dosage, strong defoaming strength, long time foam suppression, good water solubility, good dispersion. It is an efficient powder defoamer. When mixed with latex and adhesives, it does not affect the performance of adhesives, does not react with system and can eliminate the foam of a variety of systems containing water-based systems.

APPLICATIONS:

Starch glue, carpet glue, powder coating, styrene butadiene latex, various back glue, oil removal powder, starch gelatinization, degrease powder etc.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

DF-8838 can be spread directly onto the surface of the foam for defoaming. this kind of defoamer powder

can also be sprayed onto the foam surface after mix with water. It can also be evenly mixed with other powdered auxiliaries. The general addition amount of this product is 0.1-0.5%.

 

PACKAGE:

25KG BAG and 500KG or1 ton in a pallet.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
