\nEl antiespumante sin silicona DEF-1830 es un antiespumante de poli\u00e9ter modificado, contiene una peque\u00f1a cantidad de part\u00edculas de s\u00edlice hidr\u00f3foba y no contiene sustancias org\u00e1nicas de silicio ni solventes org\u00e1nicos. Adecuado para sistemas de aplicaci\u00f3n sensibles al organosilicio, el antiespumante sin silicona DEF-1830 tiene excelentes propiedades antiespumantes y compatibilidad con el sistema. Tiene un efecto antiespumante eficaz y es compatible con el sistema. Es adecuado para algunos sistemas de aplicaci\u00f3n sensibles y tiene una excelente capacidad antiespumante e inhibidora de espuma bajo alto cizallamiento. Tambi\u00e9n es adecuado para la gran mayor\u00eda de los sistemas a base de agua, y se puede utilizar en combinaci\u00f3n con antiespumantes de organosilicio para equilibrar la compatibilidad de estos \u00faltimos. Proceso de uso
\nAntes de su uso, es necesario agitar bien. Se puede a\u00f1adir durante la fase de dispersi\u00f3n y molienda o durante la fase de fabricaci\u00f3n de la pintura. Una dispersi\u00f3n adecuada puede ayudar a que el antiespumante se disperse completamente en el sistema de recubrimiento para evitar defectos en la superficie y no afectar al brillo. Para el sistema de pasta de color, el antiespumante sin silicona DEF-1830 tiene excelentes propiedades antiespumantes sin afectar a las aplicaciones posteriores del producto. Dosis recomendada: 0,1~1,01 TP3T. Para aplicaciones de recubrimiento y tinta, el antiespumante sin silicona DEF-1830 se puede a\u00f1adir durante la fase de molienda o mezcla de la pintura.<\/p>\n
